Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Diners Club as shown at checkout. All transactions are processed in US dollars.
Payment Authorization
By completing an order, you authorize VMB Vision Inc. to charge your chosen payment method for the full order amount including applicable taxes and fees. Your payment information is encrypted and handled through a PCI-compliant gateway. We do not store complete card numbers on our systems.
Custom and Build Package Deposits
Custom-built simulator packages, made-to-order enclosures, and design packages typically require a deposit at order placement with the remaining balance due before shipment. Deposit amounts and terms are explained clearly during your consultation and confirmed in writing before any payment is collected.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please verify your billing details and available funds, then try again or use a different method. Email us at sales@eliteindoorgolf.com if you need any help.
Fraudulent Transactions
If we believe a transaction involves fraud, unauthorized use, or a violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel it and reverse any associated charges. We cooperate fully with financial institutions and law enforcement in any resulting investigation.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at sales@eliteindoorgolf.com before initiating a chargeback. We resolve billing issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
Contractor Billing
Where Elite Indoor Golf engages contractors under a separate Statement of Work (SOW), all fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless the SOW states otherwise. Rates cannot be increased without prior written consent from Elite Indoor Golf. Invoices must be submitted at least every two weeks and must reference the applicable SOW. Payment is due within 30 days of receiving a valid invoice.
