At Elite Indoor Golf, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please read through the details below so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives.
Where We Ship
We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States, also known as the lower 48 states. At this time we are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, Canada, or any international addresses. If you are unsure whether we can reach your location, please get in touch before placing your order and we will confirm right away.
Free Shipping on Most Orders
The majority of products on our site ship free of charge within the contiguous USA. This covers most launch monitors, hitting mats, golf nets, putting greens, projectors, simulator components, and accessories. Some larger or heavier products require freight or LTL shipping due to their size and weight, and a shipping charge may apply to those items specifically.
Any applicable shipping fee will always be shown clearly on the product page and again at checkout before your purchase is complete. Nothing is hidden and there are no surprises at the end. If you want to confirm whether a specific product ships free before buying, just call or email us and we will let you know immediately.
Standard Shipping
Smaller and mid-sized products including launch monitors, hitting mats, golf nets, putting greens, projectors, and most accessories ship via standard ground carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days.
Freight Shipping for Large Items
Larger products such as simulator enclosures, full simulator packages, and oversized impact screens ship via freight carrier, also known as LTL shipping. Freight deliveries generally take 7 to 14 business days depending on your location and carrier scheduling. Once your order is on its way, the freight carrier will reach out to schedule a delivery appointment. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address during the agreed window.
Freight deliveries are made curbside by default. If you need inside delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can look into arranging that. Inspect your shipment carefully and note any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
Processing Times and Lead Times
Most in-stock items are processed and ready to ship within 1 to 3 business days. Some products, particularly custom-built enclosures and made-to-order items, carry longer lead times. These are always noted on the product page and confirmed by email after your purchase. Lead times do not count weekends or federal holidays.
If something you ordered is backordered or delayed, we will notify you by email with an updated estimated ship date and give you the option to keep your order or cancel for a full refund.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will send a tracking number to the email address on your account. For freight shipments, the carrier will reach out directly to schedule your delivery appointment. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, email us at sales@eliteindoorgolf.com and we will look into it right away.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, including the full name of the recipient. Elite Indoor Golf cannot be held liable for orders that are undeliverable or sent to the wrong location due to address errors made at checkout. We are also unable to deliver to P.O. boxes given the size of most products we carry.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Every shipment we send is fully insured. If your order arrives with visible damage, please take the following steps right away:

Note the damage on the carrier delivery receipt before you sign. Please do not refuse the shipment.
- Photograph all damaged packaging and product from multiple angles.
- Email us at sales@eliteindoorgolf.com within 48 hours, attaching your photos and order number.
For freight shipments specifically, damage must be documented and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Missing this window can limit your ability to file a successful insurance claim. Once you notify us, we take care of the entire claims process on your behalf.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available on select items for an additional fee. If you need your order delivered faster than standard timelines allow, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide a quote.
