Every transaction on www.eliteindoorgolf.com is processed through a PCI-compliant, SSL-encrypted payment gateway. Your financial information is fully protected throughout checkout.
Full Payment at Checkout
Standard in-stock orders require full payment at the time of purchase. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully authorized.
Custom and Build Packages
Custom-built simulator packages and made-to-order products require a deposit when the order is placed, with the balance collected before shipment. Deposit terms are agreed upon in writing during your consultation before any charge is made.
Shipping and Payment
Goods will not be shipped until payment has fully cleared. For freight orders, shipping confirmation and tracking details are sent once payment is confirmed and the order is in process.
Accurate Delivery Address
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Elite Indoor Golf cannot be held responsible for orders that are misdelivered or undeliverable as a result of errors you made when submitting your address.
Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Suspicious Payments
If we have reason to believe a payment violates applicable law or these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction and notify the relevant parties.
