Our Promise
We work directly with manufacturers and suppliers to keep our pricing as competitive as possible. If you find the exact same product at a lower price from an authorized retailer, we will match it. No negotiating required. You should never have to choose between getting the best price and getting the best support, and with Elite Indoor Golf you do not have to.
What Qualifies
To be eligible for a price match, all of the following must be true:
- The product is identical in brand, model, SKU, color, and exact configuration
- The competitor is an authorized dealer for that specific brand
- The lower price is currently live on the competitor's website and the item is in stock and available for immediate purchase
- The price is publicly accessible and not limited to members, email subscribers, or private groups
- The item can be delivered to your location
What Does Not Qualify
The following situations are not eligible for a price match:
- Auction listings or marketplace sellers on eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms
- Unauthorized resellers or grey-market sources
- Clearance, liquidation, open-box, refurbished, or damaged items
- Bundle deals where individual components cannot be separated and matched on their own
- Pricing errors or typographical mistakes on competitor websites
- Flash sales, daily deals, or short-term promotional events
- Prices that require a coupon code, rebate, or special membership to access
How to Request a Price Match

Send us the competitor's name, the product URL, and a screenshot or document clearly showing the current price. Our team will verify the claim and follow up within one business day. If approved, the adjusted price will be applied before your order is processed.
