We stand behind every product we carry. If something is not right with your order, we want to fix it. Please read through the return and refund terms below so you know exactly where you stand before and after your purchase.

30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days of confirmed delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all components, accessories, manuals, and documentation included. Items that have been used, installed, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item you received does not match what you ordered
  • The item is the wrong size and will not work for your space
  • Change of mind, subject to the restocking fee described below

Restocking Fee

Returns due to a change of mind are subject to a restocking fee of 15 to 20 percent of the purchase price, deducted from your refund. This fee reflects freight and handling costs that cannot be recovered once an order has shipped. We will always be transparent about any fees that apply before processing your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order simulator packages, which are final sale once production begins
  • Items that have been installed, assembled, or show any signs of use
  • Software licenses, digital downloads, or activated subscriptions
  • Items returned without original packaging, components, or accessories
  • Sale or clearance items marked final sale on the product page

If you are considering a custom build, please confirm all specifications with our team before placing your order. We are happy to answer every question.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations before shipment are processed at no charge. Once an order has shipped, the cancellation becomes a standard return under this policy. For custom or made-to-order items that have entered production, a cancellation fee of up to 25 percent may apply to cover costs already incurred.

How to Start a Return

Email sales@eliteindoorgolf.com with your order number and reason for returning. Our team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days. If approved, we will send a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions. Please do not ship anything back without a Return Authorization number, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is caused by our error or a product defect. For large freight items, we will coordinate pickup and deduct applicable freight costs from the refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a verified product defect.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong or defective item, we will arrange an exchange at no cost to you. For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for applicable shipping costs. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to get started.

Manufacturer Warranties

All products sold at Elite Indoor Golf include the manufacturer's warranty. Terms vary by brand, so please check the product page for details. If a product develops a defect after the 30-day return window, please contact the manufacturer directly. We are glad to help facilitate that process.

Consumer Protection

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where any mandatory legislation conflicts with these terms, the law will prevail.
