• Correct Side Usage – Ensure the front side (marked with a Carl’s Place logo) is facing forward for optimal durability.

Care & Maintenance

• Use clean, white golf balls free of dirt, grass, or markings to prolong screen life.

• Regularly clean clubs to prevent turf and rust transfer.

• Store in a dry, secure location to avoid wrinkles and creases.

• Avoid long-term folding—opt for loose storage or a tensioned frame setup.

• To remove wrinkles, mount on a frame and let it settle over a few days. Low-heat ironing (on the backside) is possible but not recommended.

What fasteners should you use?

Use ball bungees (6” or 9”) for flexible mounting. Avoid over-tensioning to allow impact absorption.

How many ball bungees are needed?

The number varies by screen size. Check the Golf Impact Screen Specifications Document for recommendations.

How do you install ball bungees?

1. Insert the loop end through a grommet from the rear side of the screen.

2. Pull it through until the toggle ball contacts the grommet.

3. Wrap the cord over and around the frame.

4. Secure the cord onto the toggle ball to form a loop.

Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that we do not currently provide international shipping. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

• Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or LTL Freight/Common Carrier, depending on product size and weight.

• Delivery Timeframe: Most orders arrive within 7-11 business days after processing.

• LTL Freight Deliveries: For larger items, shipments are palletized and shrink-wrapped. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment. If any damage is found, note it on the Bill of Lading and contact us within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Return Process: Customers are responsible for return shipping. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.

• Refunds: Issued within 30 days after the manufacturer inspects the product.

• Damaged Items: Must be reported within 24 hours with photos. Keep packaging for inspection.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned.
