Description
The Carl's Place C-Series Pro Golf Simulator Enclosure Kit with Impact Screen is the top choice for luxury home and commercial simulator builds. With a seamless turf-to-screen look and a borderless bottom, it delivers a fully immersive hitting environment. The reimagined C-Series design minimizes rebound while preserving a clean, distraction-free bay.
The Pro Enclosure is offered in 6 sizes and 4 enclosure depths to fit demanding spaces. It ships with Carl's Place three-layer heavy-duty Premium Impact Screen, their smoothest full-impact projection surface. Pair the enclosure with the Carl's Place Pipe Framing Kit for a streamlined, professional setup.
Please note: Framing pipes are not included. If you do not purchase the Carl's Place Pipe Framing Kit accessory, you will need to buy 2-inch EMT pipes from your local hardware store to complete the Pro frame.
Before purchasing, please review the Specifications to confirm the Overall Enclosure Dimensions for your selected size will fit your space.
What's Included
Premium Golf Impact Screen Material
Carl's Place Premium Impact Screen is a three-layer, tight-knit, impact-resistant polyester designed for high ball speeds and crisp projection quality.
Black Knit Enclosure
Durable black knit fabric contains stray shots and darkens the bay for high-contrast visuals on the screen.
Steel Fittings
Steel corners and elbows connect your frame. We recommend the Carl's Place Pipe Framing Kit; otherwise purchase 2-inch EMT locally.
Ball Bungees and Zip Ties
Includes releasable zip ties and ball bungees to secure and fine-tune screen tension for response, acoustics, and image quality.
Accessories
Pipe Framing Kit
Optional but strongly recommended. Pre-cut, labeled 2-inch EMT pipes sized exactly for the Pro Enclosure. If not purchased, source 2-inch EMT locally.
Foam Inserts
Protects the enclosure frame from errant shots with pre-sized foam profiles designed for the Pro bay.
Safety Baffles
Ceiling baffles span the bay to help intercept higher launch shots and reduce potential rebounds.
Back Cover Kit & Back Cover Pipe Kit
Blocks rear light for better image quality and a polished look that hides framing. The Pipe Kit removes the need to source rear cover pipes locally.
Please Note: Match Foam Inserts, Safety Baffles, Back Cover, and Back Cover Pipe Kit to your enclosure size. Safety Baffles should match the enclosure width.
Specifications
Depths: 5', 8', 10', and 15' standard depths. Frame footprint extends approximately 1' behind the screen.
Crossbar: Added 7.5' from the impact screen on 15' deep Pro Enclosures. Can be added to other Pro depths upon request.
Assembly
EMT Requirements
Unless you purchase the Pipe Framing Kit, you will need 2-inch EMT (electrical metal tubing). Note: 2-inch EMT is the US trade name; actual outside diameter is 2.197" (55.8 mm).

FAQ
Q: How far should I stand from the impact screen?
A: Stand 10 to 12 feet from the screen for safety.
Q: Can I iron or steam the impact screen?
A: Do not iron. Mount under tension and allow wrinkles to relax. If needed, use a clean consumer steamer with distilled water.
Q: Are there general safety considerations?
A: Follow the assembly manual, keep bystanders clear, and protect nearby surfaces.
Q: Do I need a hitting mat?
A: Yes. A mat protects joints and improves realism. Larger mats support wider stances or both left and right-handed play.
Q: How do DIY, Pro, and Curved kits differ?
A: DIY is the entry-friendly option, Pro adds larger bays and safety features for commercial-grade setups, Curved delivers a panoramic screen experience.
Q: What if the black enclosure fabric is hit?
A: It is not designed for direct hits, but incidental contact from rebounds should not cause issues.
Q: Replacement screens available?
A: Yes. Contact Elite Indoor Golf for replacement options.
Q: How much space do I need?
A: Allow 6 to 7 inches of ceiling buffer, 2 to 3 inches clearance on each side, and note the Pro rear backset fitting requires at least 9.5' behind the enclosure.
Q: What pipes are required?
A: Pro Enclosures use 2-inch EMT. Add the Pipe Framing Kit for pre-cut, labeled pipes or source EMT locally.
Q: How long is assembly?
A: Approximately 3 hours. Extra help is recommended for larger bays.
Q: What are EMT pipes?
A: Electrical Metal Tubing used for the frame. DIY uses 1-inch EMT, Pro and Curved use 2-inch EMT. Do not substitute PVC.
Q: Where should I mount my projector?
A: Depends on image size and throw distance. Ceiling, frame, or floor mounting are common. Contact Elite Indoor Golf with your enclosure size and projector for exact placement.
Q: How do the ball bungees attach?
A: Thread the loop through the grommet from behind, wrap over the frame, and hook the loop over the ball to secure.
