Description

Carl’s Place Golf Room Netting adds a clean, professional barrier to keep errant shots contained and sightlines tidy. Use it to shield windows and doors, divide commercial bays, or give your sim space a refined perimeter. The black mesh, reinforced header, and weighted hem create a smooth drape that looks great in any room and pairs perfectly with Carl’s enclosure kits.

Installation is straightforward and the system is built to handle frequent use. With grommets along the top edge and an optional ceiling track, you can pull the netting out for a session and retract it when you’re done—no permanent remodel required.

Measurement Guide

How to Measure Height

Diagram: how to measure height

Measure floor-to-ceiling height (inches) and select the nearest size up for a clean, floor-kissing drape.

Room Height Range: 84'–144'

To accommodate the ceiling hardware and maintain the drape, the finished panel is made 2' shorter than your ceiling height.

For exact dimensions, see the Netting Specifications document.

How to Measure Depth

Diagram: how to measure depth

Choose the depth you want to cover; additional panel width is included for an elegant fold.

Depth Range: 48', 96', or 144' (tracks ship in 4' sections)

Golf Room Size Considerations

  • Plan ~10' from tee to impact screen.
  • Keep at least 1' of buffer space behind the netting to nearby walls/objects.
  • Grommets at each top corner and approximately every 5' along the header.
  • Identify any items you want additional protection for around the bay.
  • Decide how far along the enclosure’s side walls you want the netting to extend.

Accessories

Ceiling Mount Hardware Kit
Order one kit per netting panel (e.g., two 96' depth panels = two kits). The kit includes a heavy-duty galvanized steel track and components for quick, reliable operation.

Valence for Ceiling Mount Hardware Kit
Order one valence per ceiling hardware kit (match the depth—e.g., two 144' depth panels = two 144' valences). The 10.5' tall valence hides the track and matches the netting for a seamless finish.

FAQ

Can I mount the netting on a wall instead of the ceiling?
No. This system is designed for ceiling mounting only.

What tools do I need for installation?
A screwdriver or drill, a ladder, and a tape measure are recommended. Having a helper makes positioning easier.

Does the netting block ambient light?
The netting is for shot protection, not light control. For light blocking, consider the Carl’s Place Golf Room Curtain.

How do I choose the right size?
Measure your ceiling height and the depth you want to cover. Panels are made 2' shorter than ceiling height for a tailored drape, with extra width added to create folds.

Is it suitable for commercial bays?
Absolutely—this netting is a great option for high-traffic, multi-bay facilities.
