FAQs
How far should I stand from the screen?
For safety and longevity, position your hitting area about 10–12 feet from the screen.
Can I iron or steam the material?
Ironing is not recommended. Most wrinkles relax after mounting with tension for a few days. If you try it, use an extremely low setting on the back side only and proceed at your own risk.
Is outdoor use recommended?
These impact screens are designed for indoor environments.
What fasteners should I use?
Most builds use 6" or 9" ball bungees. Do not hard-mount through grommets; allow the screen to move slightly to absorb impact and reduce rebound.
How many bungees do I need?
Refer to the Golf Impact Screen Specifications Document for recommended counts by screen size, then fine-tune tension to your preference.
How do I install ball bungees?
- From the back, feed the loop end through a grommet.
- Pull until the ball rests against the grommet.
- Wrap the cord over and around the frame.
- Hook the loop over the ball to secure.

What grommet size is used?
Grommets measure 3/4" outer diameter and 3/8" inner diameter.
