Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We are proud to offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that we do not currently provide international shipping. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
• Shipping Methods: Your order will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or LTL Freight/Common Carrier, depending on the size and weight of the product.
• Delivery Timeframe: Most orders arrive within
7-11 business days after processing.
• LTL Freight Deliveries: For larger items shipped via LTL Freight, your product will be securely palletized and shrink-wrapped. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment thoroughly. If you notice any damage, note it on the Bill of Lading and contact us within 24 hours to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Return Process: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
• Refunds: Once the manufacturer receives and inspects the returned product, your refund will be processed within 30 days.
• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. Be prepared to provide photos of the damage and retain the product and packaging for inspection.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned.
